Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.
2. Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your original purchase date.
3. Condition of Item
To be eligible for a return, the service or product must not have been fully consumed or utilized. For software products, valid reasons such as technical failure that could not be resolved by our support team are required.
4. Non-refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
- Custom software development services;
- Downloadable software products once the license key has been activated;
- Gift cards.
5. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim verified), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
